The RIEGL VZ-1200i is a Class 1 eye-safe laser scanner that combines outstanding range with exceptionally high scanning speed. In the 2.2 MHz measurement program, it performs a high-resolution panoramic scan in just 25 seconds, capturing distances of up to 450 m. In the 300 kHz mode, ranges extend up to 1800 m.
Its ability to perform kinematic data capture adds even more versatility. Like other members of the VZ-i Series, the VZ-1200i can be used in static mode — with tripod repositioning approximately every 60 seconds (achieving 6 mm resolution at 10 m with simultaneous photo capture) — or in kinematic mode on mobile platforms with RTK-GNSS accuracy.
