High-Performance Airborne Corridor Mapping System
The RIEGL VQ-1060 is a fully integrated airborne LiDAR mapping system specifically designed for corridor and infrastructure surveying — from powerlines and pipelines to railways and highways. It delivers multi-directional 3D laser scanning with forward, nadir, and backward angles (+20°, +10°, 0°, –10°, –20°) to ensure complete surface coverage, even across complex terrain and structures.
Equipped with the RIEGL VQ-680 LiDAR scanner the system achieves high pulse repetition rates of up to 2.4 MHz and captures up to 2 million measurements per second on the ground. This exceptional performance enables the acquisition of highly detailed, accurate data — even at high flight speeds or in challenging environments.
With a wide 60° field of view and multiple target capability that detects several returns per pulse, the VQ-1060 delivers comprehensive and reliable datasets ideal for analyzing infrastructure, detecting vegetation encroachment, and capturing fine structural details.
Designed for seamless operation, the VQ-1060 integrated with IMU/GNSS system and onboard data recorder to ensure perfectly synchronized LiDAR and imagery acquisition. Compact yet powerful, it provides ultra-high-resolution data with unmatched efficiency — all from a single instrument.
