The RIEGL VUX-16023 is a lightweight, high-performance airborne laser scanner designed for exceptional flexibility and precision. With a 100° wide field of view and an ultra-high pulse repetition rate of up to 2.4 MHz, it is ideal for applications requiring high point density and detailed corridor mapping. Its laser beam alternates between nadir, +10° forward, and -10° backward orientations, ensuring comprehensive and accurate data capture, even in complex environments such as steep terrain, vertical surfaces, and narrow canyons.

Equipped with 2 TB of internal storage and a removable CFast card, the VUX-16023 also provides interfaces for external IMU/GNSS integration and supports up to five optional external cameras, enabling seamless multi-sensor setups. Its compact and robust design allows for smooth integration with UAVs, small aircraft, and helicopters. Available as both a stand-alone UAV LiDAR sensor and as part of fully integrated system configurations, the VUX-16023 delivers the versatility and performance needed to meet a wide range of professional mapping and surveying requirements.
